Full return policy

It depends on where you live. In the US, we send you a prepaid return label through Happy Returns, and a flat return fee comes off your refund: $15 for the Strap and for each accessory. In the EU, you book and pay the return shipping in our Returnless portal. In the UK and everywhere else, you send it back yourself with a tracked service. Request your return authorization first and send everything back in its original box, and nothing else is deducted. A 15% restocking fee applies only to a return sent without an authorization or with parts missing.

A 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from delivery. Your Woojer order number is your proof of purchase.

Almost never. Leave it on the charger untouched for a few hours; a deeply drained battery needs a longer wake-up. If it still will not power on, update the firmware in the Woojer Device Manager app and, if needed, open a ticket with your order number.
