We hope you enjoy every moment of your Woojer experience. And if you ever need us, we’re only a click away.
Important Note – December 3, 2025 Some Woojer Vest and Strap units may not display a charging indicator even though they are charging. If this occurs, simply unplug the charger and reconnect it. To permanently resolve the issue, update your Woojer device firmware using the Woojer app.
STEP 1
Welcome
Thank you for choosing Woojer!
You’re moments away from experiencing sound in a completely new way - not just hearing it, but feeling it. Let’s get your MAT set up in a few simple steps.
STEP 2
Unboxing & Setup
Unbox. Unroll. Let it Settle.
Your MAT arrives vacuum-packed. It may look flat or wrinkled when first opened - this is normal. Place it on a flat surface and let it “iron out” for 20–30 minutes.
STEP 3
Connect the Power
Plug In the Power Supply.
Connect the included Woojer power adapter to the MAT and to a wall outlet.
STEP 4
Install Woojer Device Manager
Install Woojer Device Manager App
Woojer Device Manager - the easiest way to set up your MAT.The app helps you:
• Connect your audio source (the device that streams sound to the MAT)
• Pair your headphones or speakers
• Update the firmware
• Adjust settings and more
STEP 6
Launch the Device Manager App
Open the Woojer Device Manager.
Allow Bluetooth and location permissions. These are required for pairing.
STEP 7
Initial Connection
Your MAT will now be connected!
Place your mobile close to the Mat. The app will automatically detect your MAT and connect to it.
Once connected, Tap “Next” on the app screen.
STEP 8
Firmware Check
Checking for Updates for your MAT
The app will now look for available firmware updates for your MAT and perform an update if required.
Follow the on-screen instructions to update your MAT.

Connecting Bluetooth for Audio
Pairing your MAT!
We’ll now guide you through connecting your phone as a Bluetooth audio source.
STEP 10
Bluetooth Audio Source: Android
1. If you have Bluetooth headphones, connected to your phone - disconnect them first.
2. The app will automatically pair your MAT to your Android phone.
3. Confirm the pairing request.

Bluetooth Audio Source: iPhone
1. If you have Bluetooth headphones, connected to your iPhone - disconnect them first.
2. The app will automatically pair your MAT to your iPhone.
3. Confirm the pairing request.

Choose Your Listening Device
How Do You Want to Listen?
Choose your headphones or speakers setup - either Bluetooth or wired.

Bluetooth Headphones / Speakers
Connecting Bluetooth headphones/speakers
1. Place your headphones or speakers in pairing mode. If you’re unsure how, refer to their manual.
2. On the app, tap “Scan around”.
3. Select your Bluetooth headphones or speakers from the list.
4. Your MAT and your headphones/speaker are now connected!
STEP 12
Wired Headphones / Speakers
Connect your wired headphones or speakers to the MAT’s headphone jack.
On the app screen, tap "Skip".

App Main Screen Tour
Your Woojer Control Center!
Intensity: Adjust your desired haptic level.
Volume: Adjust your desired volume.Audio Source: Shows the audio device that streams the audio to your MAT
Audio Output: Manage Bluetooth or wired headphones/speakers.
Battery level: This shows the MATs battery level.

Congratulations! All set!
You’re now ready to start using your MAT, and experience sound like never before. You can now play your desired audio or use the dedicated MAT App.

Control the haptic level using the Mat’s Up and Down buttons.

Vest and Strap require a 3-hour charge before first use. The MAT is always powered, so no initial charge is needed.

Download the App
Download the Woojer Device Manager app to control connectivity, latency, LEDs, firmware updates, and more.
MAT owners
Also download the Woojer MAT app for the optimized content library.

Update and Enjoy
Through the Device Manager app, update your Woojer firmware to ensure you’re running the latest and greatest.
