Hello. Got my 1st Woojer Vest couple of days ago, connected it to charger, but vest can't charge. Red light is blinking all the time ant vest does not react on any button pressing. Charging for many hours but still blinking red. Tried to connect to PC, phone, Oculus GO, but it's doesn't want to turn on. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

ok, support replied. I needed to update vest by mobile app

Hi ..did the firmware update solve this issue? I am having the same problem but I haven't updated as yet

@woojeruser Due to safety procedures, the Vest's battery must be partially discharged before shipping. Unfortunately, some of the batteries were discharged below a certain level, and therefore the Vest's mainboard couldn't charge it. We've published a firmware update that solves this problem, and therefore you must update the Vest's firmware before first usage. Please refer to one of those articles for more information:
