Return and Refund Policy

Your Satisfaction is 100% guaranteed with any product purchased on woojer.com. Woojer can only refund orders placed directly through our website, woojer.com. If you purchased Woojer Products through another party (such as Amazon.com) please contact the retailer for refund instructions.
If for any reason, within 30 days of receiving your order, you are unsatisfied with a purchase made on woojer.com, you may return it to us for a refund.
- Before shipping products back to Woojer for a refund, you must first fill out the Woojer RMA form and obtain an RMA number.
- The RMA number must be noted on the outside of the returned product(s) packaging
- Returned product(s) must be placed in the original box, including all accessories originally included with your purchase. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under the Woojer warranty cannot be accepted back for a refund under our Money Back Guarantee.
- The product will be considered returned once the product has been delivered to Woojer, the package has been opened, and the contents verified.
- Refunds will be processed within 21 business days from when the product(s) were accepted and the contents were verified by our warehouse. If the procedures herein are not followed, Woojer reserves the right to refuse the return of the product on such terms that it may determine at its sole discretion.
- Once the refund is approved, you will receive the refund by the same payment method with which you made your order (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Associated shipping fees are not refundable.
- Shipping charges and the risk of loss or damage to the returned product(s) while in transit back to Woojer Inc. are your responsibility.
- We strongly advise that you use a trackable shipping method.
- If you return a product to Woojer (a) without a return authorization number or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, Woojer retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories.
- If you decide to cancel an order that has already been fulfilled, you'll need to follow our standard return procedure, above. You must either reject the package upon delivery or send it back to our warehouse.
Important Note About Bulk Orders:
Our 30-day money-back guarantee is exclusively designed for individual customers to assess our products and technology. It is crucial to understand that this guarantee is not valid for any bulk orders, whether from organizations or individuals. A bulk order is defined as any quantity exceeding what is offered in a single order on our website. This includes bulk orders that can be made through either a single purchase or multiple individual orders or shipments.
For bulk orders of any kind, we kindly request that you to contact Woojer support. Our team will provide you with specific details and terms related to such orders, ensuring transparency and clarity for all customers.
Important! You must send the return within 7 days from the date you received the authorization from Woojer.
In case you haven't done so within 7 days, we will conclude you decided to keep the item and the authorization will be canceled.
