How is the Strap different from regular headphones with bass?

Headphones produce sound your ears hear. The Strap produces vibrations your body feels — specifically the sub-bass frequencies (1–250 Hz) that drive emotional response in music and games. Most headphones can't reproduce these frequencies physically. The Strap can.

How do I connect the Strap to my phone?

Three options: Bluetooth 5.0 pairing, 3.5mm headphone cable, or USB-C cable. Bluetooth is the most popular for mobile use.

Will the Strap work with my console / PC / Switch?

Yes. The Strap supports any device with a 3.5mm jack, USB-C audio, or Bluetooth — so PS3/4/5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Steam Deck, PC, Mac, mobile, VR headsets all work natively.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 10 hours of continuous use on a full charge. Recharges in approximately 3 hours via USB-C (5V).

Is the Strap good for VR?

The Strap works for VR but the Woojer Vest is built for VR's 360° immersion needs. Use the Strap for lighter VR sessions or non-VR mobile content; use the Vest for serious VR gaming.

How is it different from the Woojer MAT?

The Strap is a wearable haptic device for music, gaming, and on-the-go use. The Woojer MAT is a stationary vibroacoustic wellness mat for sleep, stress relief, and recovery. Different products, different purposes.
