If for any reason you are not happy with a purchase made on woojer.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less the return fee below.

How to return:
1. Request a return authorization (RMA) from our support team before sending anything back, and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
2. Pack the product in its original box with all parts and accessories.

Return shipping and return fees:
- United States: we send you a prepaid return label through Happy Returns. A flat return fee is deducted from your refund: $15 for the Strap and for each accessory, $20 for the Vest, $30 for the MAT, $35 for the MAT Plus and $40 for the MAT Pro.
- European Union: you book and pay for the return shipping in our Returnless portal.
- United Kingdom and all other countries: you send the product back yourself, at your own cost and risk. We recommend a tracked service.

No other deduction applies when the product arrives complete, in its original box, with an RMA number. If a product arrives without an RMA number or with parts or accessories missing, Woojer may refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of 15% of the original price, or the retail value of the missing parts.

Refunds go to the original payment method within 21 business days after the return is received and checked. Original shipping fees and shipping insurance are not refundable.

EU and UK customers: this guarantee is in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which it does not affect.

Shipping Insurance Fees and Claims
Shipping Insurance / Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped, even if the related order is later refunded, replaced, or exchanged due to an approved lost, stolen, or damaged package claim. Claims under Shipping Insurance are subject to the terms, exclusions, and time limits described in our Shipping Policy, including the requirement to submit claims within 30 calendar days from the carrier’s delivery confirmation date.

You have the option to declare your withdrawal electronically via the “withdrawal button” provided in our online shop. The electronic withdrawal follows a legally prescribed two-step procedure. After initiating the withdrawal via the withdrawal button (“Withdraw contract”), you will be asked to enter the information required for the withdrawal and then explicitly confirm the declaration (“Confirm withdrawal”). After completing the process, you will receive confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal declaration on a durable medium. This note supplements the withdrawal notice and describes solely the additional option of exercising the right of withdrawal electronically.

It is crucial to understand that this guarantee is not valid for any bulk orders, whether from organizations or individuals. A bulk order is defined as any quantity exceeding what is offered in a single order on our website. This includes bulk orders that can be made through either a single purchase or multiple individual orders or shipments.

For bulk orders of any kind, we kindly request that you to contact Woojer support. Our team will provide you with specific details and terms related to such orders, ensuring transparency and clarity for all customers.

You must send the return within 7 days from the date you received the authorization from Woojer. In case you haven't done so within 7 days, we will conclude that you decided to keep the item and the authorization will be canceled.
