What devices can be connected to Woojer Vest and Woojer Strap?
Woojer Series 4 products can be connected to any standard audio source via a 3.5mm cable, USB-C connection, or a Bluetooth connection.

Does it work with Windows/Mac/Linux?

Does it work with Bluetooth headphones?
Yes! You can pair your Bluetooth headphones/speakers directly to your Woojer, offering a totally wireless experience. Headphones/speakers pairing can be done using the Woojer Device Manager app or by a button combination on the unit itself.
How many sensory points does the Woojer Series 4 have?
The Vest has 6 Osci™ V2 TRX transducers — two on the front, two on the back, and one on each side.
The Strap has a single OSCI™ V2 TRX transducer.
How long does the battery last?
The Woojer Strap 4 utilizes a 1SP Li-Ion Battery of 3.6V and is rated for up to 10 hours of playtime. The Woojer Vest 4 utilizes a 4SP Li-Ion battery pack of 14.4V and is rated for up to 10 hours of playtime.
How long does it take to fully charge the Woojer Series 4?
Both the Woojer Strap 4 and the Woojer Vest 4 can take up to 3 hours to charge from an empty battery.
How are these products for music and music production?

Is there any latency?
Woojer Series 4 devices utilize the standard A2DP Bluetooth codec for connectivity. So the latency you should experience with a Woojer device is similar to that of any standard BT headset.
For optimal performance in latency-sensitive applications like competitive gaming, a wired connection is highly recommended.
Do I need to configure the Woojer for specific usage scenarios, such as gaming or music?
The Woojer Series 4 is designed for seamless plug-and-play functionality across all audio-based experiences, requiring no additional software or drivers.
For an even more immersive experience, you have the option to select from three specialized operation modes: Broad Mode, Focus Mode, and Gaming Mode, each optimized for distinct audio-haptic sensations.
Are Woojer Series 4 products safe?
Both products are designed to meet all relevant UL (60065), CE (60065), and FCC regulations. The EMF Magnetic Field is ~5% of the ICNIRP safety guidelines.
What is the size for each of the Woojer Series 4 products?
The Woojer Strap 4 stretches from 40cm to 165cm (15 inch to 65 inch).
The Woojer Vest 4 stretches from 80cm to 165cm (medium to XXL), 31 inch to 65 inch. User Height — 150-200 cm.
How much does each Woojer Series 4 product weigh?
The Woojer Strap 4 weighs 250g (0.5lb), and the Woojer Vest 4 weighs 1.5kg (3.3lb).
Are the haptic intensity and sound volume adjustable?
The haptic intensity and sound volume can be adjusted separately through either the controls on your Woojer, or via the Woojer Device Manager app.
When utilizing a 3.5mm connection, make sure to set your audio-source volume to maximum. You can then adjust the output via the Woojer's volume controls for a tailored audio experience.
Does it work with mobile phones?
Woojer devices are fully compatible with every smartphone and can be simply connected through Bluetooth or a 3.5mm audio cable.
When utilizing a 3.5mm connection, make sure to set your audio-source volume to maximum.
Does it work directly with my TV?
As long as your TV has a Bluetooth connection or an analog connection, sure!
If your TV is connected to a streaming device that offers Bluetooth connectivity, you can pair your Woojer directly to the streaming device.
Do I need to install a driver or software?
No. The Woojer device works through plug-and-play for an audio-based experience and requires no software or drivers to operate.
Can I use Woojer products if I have a pacemaker?

What is the frequency response?

Is the Woojer audible during operation?
No — Woojer devices are virtually silent to others nearby. So you can play your favorite games, music, and movies for hours, at any sensation level you want, and still, never disturb anyone.

Does it work with a portable power bank?
Yes. The Woojer MAT can be powered by a portable power bank (sold separately). The MAT doesn't have a built-in battery; normally it uses the included power supply.
Is it safe to sleep on the Woojer MAT overnight?
Not recommended for overnight use. The MAT automatically powers down after approximately one hour of inactivity.
Can the Woojer MAT be used by children or people with medical conditions?
The Woojer MAT is safe for general use. Consult a physician if you have medical conditions, are pregnant, or use implanted medical devices like pacemakers.
Does the Woojer MAT get warm during long sessions?
It may become slightly warm during extended use (normal). It auto shuts down after one hour of inactivity to prevent overheating.
Is the Woojer MAT foldable or easy to store and carry?
Lightweight, foldable, and easy to store or carry. It folds into a compact form. A dedicated carry bag is available for travel/storage.
