What is Woojer and how does it work?
Woojer makes haptic devices that turn sound into low frequencies you feel through your body. Our patented Osci™ (Oscillating Frame) technology splits your audio: the low frequencies become physical sensation, while the mids and highs carry on to your headphones or speakers.
No special software or game integration is needed. Connect any device by Bluetooth, USB-C or a 3.5 mm jack and feel it at once.
What is the difference between the MAT, Vest 4 and Strap 4?
MAT family (MAT, MAT Plus, MAT Pro): a full-body vibroacoustic wellness mat you lie on, made for winding down, meditation and recovery. It works on any mattress, sofa or soft surface.
Vest 4: full-torso, 360° haptic coverage with six transducers, for gaming, VR, films and music. Up to 10 hours on a charge.
Strap 4: one transducer in a light, portable strap (240 g) for music, workouts and play on the go. Up to 10 hours on a charge.
Do I need special games, apps or a subscription?
No. Woojer works with any audio source automatically: games, films, music, streaming and VR. If it makes sound, you feel it.
The free Woojer apps let you fine-tune intensity and settings, and keep your device on the latest firmware. No subscription is ever required.
Which devices work with Woojer?
Virtually any audio device: PC and Mac, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Meta Quest headsets, iOS and Android phones and tablets, and anything with a 3.5 mm headphone jack, USB-C audio or Bluetooth. No drivers needed.
Is Woojer a medical device?
No. Woojer products, the MAT family included, are consumer wellness and entertainment products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Can deaf or hard-of-hearing people use Woojer?
Yes. Woojer turns audio into physical sensation, so you can feel music, films, games and live events through your body. Many people in the deaf and hard-of-hearing community use Woojer to feel sound.
Which Woojer is right for me?
For relaxation, winding down and recovery, lying down: the MAT family.
For full immersion in games, VR, films and music: the Vest 4, with six transducers around your torso.
To take it anywhere, for music, workouts and play: the Strap 4, light and portable.
How long does the battery last?
The Vest 4 and Strap 4 give up to 10 hours on a charge and recharge over USB-C in about 3 hours. The MAT runs from its 100 W USB-C adapter; the MAT Power Bank, sold separately, gives up to 8 hours.
Is Woojer HSA/FSA eligible²?
Yes, for qualified US customers, through our partner Truemed: the MAT, MAT Plus, MAT Pro, Vest 4 and Strap 4. Select Truemed at checkout, complete a short health assessment reviewed by a licensed provider, and pay with your HSA or FSA card. HSA/FSA tax savings vary.
Where does Woojer ship from, and how long does delivery take?
From the warehouse closest to you: United States, United Kingdom (London), European Union (Netherlands) or Hong Kong. The delivery estimate for your address is shown at checkout, and you receive a tracking link the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
In the UK and the EU, no: VAT is included in the price you see, so nothing is charged at the door. In the US, state sales tax is added at checkout. Orders to Canada, Norway, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other regions outside the US and EU may be charged local import taxes on delivery; checkout tells you before you pay.
What is the Woojer return policy?
Thirty days, your call. If a Woojer product is not for you within 30 days of delivery, request a return authorisation through support and send it back in its original box with all accessories for a refund.
What warranty comes with Woojer products?
A 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the day it is delivered. If anything is wrong, we repair it, replace it or refund it. Your woojer.com order number is your proof of purchase.
