Fall asleep in your body, not your head.

A vibroacoustic mat for sleep. Deep, physical sound that slows the breath and lets the day go. No screen. No pill.

Deep, physical sound that slows the breath. No screen. No pill.

Sound familiar?

Tired all day. Wide awake at midnight.

The body is exhausted. The mind starts the day again the moment your head hits the pillow. You cannot think your way to sleep.

The racing mind

“Ping! My mind goes 100 miles per hour.” The harder you try, the further sleep drifts.

The 3 a.m. wake-up

Asleep fast, awake at three. Getting back under is the hard part.

Tired but wired

“So tired. But I could not be more awake.” The body is done and still humming.

30%

of US adults sleep less than seven hours a night.

Like the deep end of a cello, felt through your whole body.

Low frequencies become a slow, rolling sensation under your back, hips and legs. Breath follows. Shoulders drop.

What changes

A night that starts in the body.

Twenty minutes, most nights.

Falling asleep stops being work

Slow waves, slower breath, a body that feels heavy and safe. You stop trying. That is when it happens.

The 3 a.m. restart

Something to do at three that is not the phone, and wakes nobody.

No screen, no pill, no groggy morning

Nothing to regret the next day. The app is free. The MAT switches itself off.

Quiet for your partner

The sensation travels through you, not the room.

Your new night routine

Three steps. No effort.

Nothing to learn. Nothing to track.

Twenty minutes of deepening waves. Drift off, and the MAT switches itself off.

How it works

Your body slows down when it feels slow.

Woojer turns the low end of sound, 1 to 250 Hz, into precise physical sensation. Your body reads it the way it reads a slow, heavy exhale.

Sleep sessions follow a falling rhythm: the waves lengthen and soften, and breathing follows. Researchers track that shift with heart rate variability.

Play music and the whole track becomes physical. Play one pure frequency, from a tone generator or the Frequency producer program, and you feel exactly that.

“It has quickly become part of my evening routine. After a long, stressful day, I lay down on the mat, put on some relaxing music or a meditation, and let the vibrations do their thing. I feel calmer, more relaxed, and much more prepared for a restful night's sleep.”

“This product is AMAZING!! I have recently woke up and converted to the holistic lifestyle. I have been learning a lot of frequency, vibration, and energy. Now there are products out there for $10k+, but for this price, I am over the moon happy with my purchase.…”

“I bought this for my son. He said sometimes when he lays down to listen to music his mind is still very active, but with this it's like an overload and it really helps him to relax.”

“I've been laying on the mat before bed every night. Somewhere between 10 to 20 minutes I fall asleep, every time. It's like the clarity and release post-meditation, but for those of us that can't meditate.”

The evidence

What researchers measure.

Independent researchers study low-frequency sound and sleep. Here is what they measured.

Peer-reviewed RCT · 2025 · Woojer

Breath pacing, felt physically.

Journal of Anxiety Disorders · Emory University and University of Pittsburgh

Woojer in the protocol 128 adults, eight sessions of breath-focused mindfulness. One group wore a Woojer on the chest, the sensation synced to their own breathing.

What was measured Breathing rate and steadiness, visit by visit.

What was reported Only the Woojer group breathed more steadily across the sessions. Slow, steady breath is the first door to sleep.

Broader field · randomized crossover · 2024

Rhythm timed to the heartbeat, in poor sleepers.

Frontiers in Neuroscience

What was studied 27 poor sleepers: nights in a sleep lab with gentle rhythmic stimulation timed to their own heartbeat, and nights without.

What was reported Less time awake after falling asleep, and better-rated sleep. A different device, the same idea: slow rhythm the body can follow.

A dark bedroom at night with a bedside lamp

Broader field · randomized trial · 2020

A month of vibroacoustic sessions, measured.

Sleep Disorders · Thomas Jefferson University

What was studied 30 adults with persistent sleep difficulties: a month of vibroacoustic sessions, or a waiting list.

What was reported Measured sleep time rose against the waiting list, and brain scans showed changed connectivity in sensory and reward regions.

Good questions

Questions, answered.

Everything people ask before they buy.

Does vibration help you sleep?

Slow, rhythmic sensation is one of the oldest cues the body has for letting go: the rocking cradle, the moving train. Independent researchers have measured less time awake after sleep onset and more sleep time with gentle vibroacoustic sessions; the studies are above. Woojer brings that rhythm to your own bed, twenty minutes at a time.

Can I fall asleep on the Woojer MAT?

Yes. The MAT lies on your mattress like a topper, so you are already in bed. If you drift off, it switches itself off: MAT and MAT Plus after 60 minutes, MAT Pro after 8 hours.

Will it keep me awake or wake me up?

Sleep sessions are slow and soft by design, closer to a deep, rolling exhale than a buzz. Intensity is yours to set, and most people turn it down as they drift. The session ends on its own and the MAT turns itself off, so nothing is left running.

Can my partner hear or feel it?

The sensation travels through your body, not the room. With the app's sessions at low volume, or with headphones, your partner hears at most a soft low hum. They sleep. You drift.

How loud is it for people around me?

The sensation travels through your body, not the room. With headphones the room is silent; without them, people nearby hear at most a soft low hum.

Do I need music?

No. Woojer works with anything that makes sound, and it works with pure frequencies alone. A tone generator, or the Frequency producer program in Woojer Wellness Premium, sends a single frequency, say 40 Hz, through your body with nothing to listen to. Music makes it immersive. Pure frequencies make it precise. Headphones keep the room silent either way.

How long should a wind-down session be?

Sessions run from five to thirty minutes. Most people feel the shift within ten, and twenty minutes is the sweet spot before bed. Longer is fine: if you fall asleep, the MAT switches itself off.

What about the 3 a.m. wake-up?

Lie back down, start a short session and put the phone face down. The sensation gives a racing mind something physical to settle on, with no bright screen to wake you further.

Is it like a weighted blanket or a white-noise machine?

No. There is no weight and almost no sound in the room. Woojer turns the low end of music into slow physical waves you feel through your body. It does not overheat, and it does not need the room to be quiet or loud.

Does it work for shift workers sleeping during the day?

Yes. The wind-down is the same at eight in the morning as at eleven at night, and the sessions do not care what time it is.

Will it replace my melatonin or sleeping pills?

Woojer is not a medicine and does not replace one. Talk to your doctor about medication. What Woojer gives you is the physical wind-down before bed: twenty minutes that ask nothing of you, every night, with nothing left behind in the morning.

Does vibroacoustic therapy actually work, or is it just listening to music?

It is music you feel. Low frequencies you normally only hear become physical sensation through your body, and researchers measure the response with heart rate variability, breathing rate and brain activity. Independent university researchers have used Woojer in peer-reviewed studies.

Is it safe to use every night?

Woojer products are designed to meet UL, CE and FCC standards and are safe for general use. Do not use Woojer if you have a pacemaker or any implanted electronic or mechanical device. Talk to your doctor first if you are pregnant or have a heart or back condition.
