Osci™ reproduces the physical structure of the sound itself, 1 to 250 Hz, following every dynamic with the control of a musical instrument. Bluetooth uses the standard A2DP codec, so the Vest has the same small delay as any Bluetooth headset. For latency-sensitive use, plug in the included 3.5 mm cable and the delay is gone.

Full return policy

It depends on where you live. In the US, we send you a prepaid return label through Happy Returns, and a flat return fee comes off your refund: $20 for the Vest ($15 for accessories). In the EU, you book and pay the return shipping in our Returnless portal. In the UK and everywhere else, you send it back yourself with a tracked service. Request your return authorization first and send everything back in its original box, and nothing else is deducted. A 15% restocking fee applies only to a return sent without an authorization or with parts missing.

A 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from delivery. If anything is wrong, we repair it, replace it or refund it. Your order number is your proof of purchase.

Almost never. A deeply drained battery needs a longer wake-up: leave the Vest on its charger untouched for a few hours. If it still will not power on, update the firmware in the Woojer Device Manager app and, if needed, open a ticket with your order number.
